UK English

I shall be using UK English throughout this narrative, though I realise that a majority of the readers will be US, Canadian etc. If you don't understand the meaning of a word, or you think that the spelling is wrong, or just for the hell of it - visit this guide.

Also, I'm writing this on a UK keyboard, so some of the special characters will not display properly.
This £ is the currency symbol for the Pound Sterling. It should be a fancy L with a crossed line, but it may come out as a Dollar.
Just to be confusing, this $ is the Dollar sign on my keyboard.
